Choosing to purchase aftermarket speed, performance, or aesthetic accessories has been known to be the cause of warranty denial by many manufacturers. Any performance altering device or any device that effects the form, fit, or function of an automobiles parts or overall design can be used as the medium to dissolve previously mentioned warranties. You are agreeing to purchase, install, and use these parts as is on your vehicle and also agree to the understanding that if you should report to a dealer or any service center with the aftermarket parts or accessories, that you accept full responsibility for any loss or exclusion of any and all warranty.

It is common that many users of aftermarket parts careful remove any alterations as well as any performance enhancing devices prior to returning to a service center. This practice is highly recommended! It is much easier to deal with a warranty situation when the vehicle appears to be as close to OEM as possible.

Please, do not contact me to return parts or accessories because of a warranty issue that arises with your dealer or service center of choice.

All products have a 30 day return policy. If you contact us after the 30 day return policy, it will be up to our discretion if we will consider returning the parts or accessories at all, and if we choose to accept the return, we will negotiate with you the terms for the restocking fee based on product type, condition of product and packaging, and the historic ability to resale the particular type of returned product as an "Open box buy" in our specials department. Under no circumstances should you feel that we are obligated to accept any returns after 30 days!

All Products are warranted though the respective manufacturer. All products are supported through the respective manufacturer. If you experience a problem with your aftermarket parts or accessories, please start out by calling or emailing the particular manufacturer and attempt to solve the problem with the manufacturer tech reps. If you fail to find satisfaction, please contact us with the nature of the issue as well as the name of the rep that was helping you from the manufacturer. We will try to work between you and the manufacturer if need be to get the service you deserve and expect, or we will replace the item with a replacement part. Of course in the case of defective goods, all returns are reimbursed in full minus the initial shipping charges. If the item is purchased under the free shipping policy, we will return the part cost minus the ACTUAL SHIPPING COST even though the shipping was free with purchase. All returns are shipped by the customer to us or the manufacturer for exchange or return.
