All products sold or endorsed thru (Truckpulls/Discount Power Parts) performance are warranted thru the manufacturer. All performance and race parts are considered for race use, and as such we assume no liability due to part failure. This is inherent with all race parts and the industry. We will try to correct all issues encountered with products sold thru (Truckpulls/Discount Power Parts), but understand the limitations of selling race oriented parts intended for race/performance use dictate that the purchaser assumes responsibility for the parts use and limitations. We do not insure users against “collateral damage” loss. If you apply performance automotive or truck parts your vehicle and the resulting increase in output stresses and damages other components or parts related to the vehicle, it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Any time performance and speed parts are applied to a car or truck, and owner must understand that his vehicle will no longer function within the manufacturers prescribed parameters and limits. The vehicle will be operating above the manufacturers designed safe operating levels, and each owner purchasing these performance parts agrees to apply the performance parts at his/her own risk and assumes complete responsibility for any resultant damages, be it direct or indirect.

Policies

Chip Programming: DiscountPowerParts.com will reprogram a custom chip module a maximum of two times within the first 30 days to adjust programming. This does not apply to reprogramming due to dealer re-flashing of your vehicle's ECU or changes made to your vehicle. A reprogram fee of $40.00 plus shipping is charged for reprogramming due to third attempts, dealer re-flash of your ECU or 30 days elapsed time.

Items with free shipping returned for refund are subject to up to a non-refundable fee equal to the initial shipping carrier charge to cover the cost of the initial shipping fees from us to deliver the product to you. What this means is that the cost to deliver your product under the Free shipping promotions is not considered a refundable part of the transaction.

Guarantees are valid only to the original purchaser and the original vehicle and are non-transferable.

All products have a 30 day guarantee from time of shipment. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please call the RMA number on the included packing slip to obtain an RMA number. A
20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. Electronic will not be accepted as returns if the product packaging seal has been broke. Returned products must be returned in resalable, new condition. Products are tested/inspected prior to shipment and upon return receipt. Returns with missing, torn, marked, scratched or damaged parts, packaging, components and/or documentation may be accepted at our discretion with an additional 10% restocking fee. Returns must be received within 10 days of issuance of RMA. Returns must be insured for the full amount of the purchase and shipped via UPS or Fedex. We do not accept returns via the US Postal Service. Unauthorized or COD returns will be refused. Shipping charges are not refundable. CD-ROMs, Books, Manuals and Decals are non-refundable. Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply after 30 days. If an order shipment is refused for delivery by the customer, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from the return credit that is issued.

"Other than ordered" parts can be returned for exchange. Any "other than ordered" part returns must be in new condition and in their original carton, if applicable, and must be approved for return. It is the customers responsibility to check for correct fit before installation. Disassembled, painted, drilled, cut, customer damaged or modified parts are not returnable. To be clear, before you open and install your new parts, verify the part numbers are what you ordered, and what you ordered fits your application. we try to screen all orders for fit using the notes you provide in the check out process, but due to the nature of the business and the speed that we service all customers, there is not always time to verify your part selections.

It is the customer's responsibility to insure that the product they order is the correct product for their vehicle. If you are unsure about the application of a product please contact us.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged shipments after delivery. Please inspect your package upon delivery. All claims must filed with the shipping carrier. (FedEx/UPS)

No Liability For Damages, Injuries Or Incidental, Special or Consequential Damages. Under no circumstances shall DiscountPowerParts.COM, its directors, officers, employees or any party related to DiscountPowerParts.COM be liable to the purchaser or any other person for any damage of any kind, or for personal injuries suffered by any person, or for any including without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages, whether arising out of negligence, breach of warranty, breach of contract, or otherwise. DiscountPowerParts.COM's liability for any damages, loss and/or claims associated with the products shall be limited to the price of the products paid by purchaser. Purchaser hereby releases DiscountPowerParts.COM from all liability, claims and damages associated with the products, with the sole exception of DiscountPowerParts.COM's liability for the refund of the purchase price of the product to purchaser.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
Pennsylvania Residents have an additional 6% Sales Tax added to sub-total of order. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. Most orders ship within 48 hours. Most back-ordered items ship within two weeks. Some deliveries may take up to 2 weeks.

We reserve the right to notify the customer of any shipping fee shortages due to oversized/overweight products. In the event that the customer does not agree to pay for shipping shortages due to oversize/overweight, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the gross sale amount.

Typographical Errors : In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DiscountPowerParts.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DiscountPowerParts.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DiscountPowerParts.COM shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price you were charged.
